Policies

Membership Policies

1.  Members of H.E.A.R.T.S. must be legally homeschooling at least one child pursuant to Colorado Statute 22-33-104.5, including families with children under age seven or over age sixteen.

2.  Consistent with the H.E.A.R.T.S. Statement of Faith No. 7, H.E.A.R.T.S. will not accept into membership any persons involved in civil unions, polygamy, or "same sex" marriage.

3.  H.E.A.R.T.S. members must agree NOT to use the H.E.A.R.T.S. directory for furthering personal business in any form (selling of products or services, handing out literature,ect.)

4.  H.E.A.R.T.S. will provide each member a Statement of Faith and Policies.  It is the responsibility of each member/non member participant to respect these beliefs in word and deed at all H.E.A.R.T.S. functions.

5.  H.E.A.R.T.S. does not endorse any political parties, candidates, or legislation unless it directly impacts our right to homeschool.

6. Membership may be involuntarily terminated by unanimous consent of the Officers.  Once removed, the former member may no longer attend any H.E.A.R.T.S. functions.  (1 Timothy 6:3-5; 2 Timothy 2:14-26)

Leadership and Volunteers (1 Corinthians 12:4-5; Ephesians 4:11-16)

1.  All those who serve in Leadership and/or Volunteer positions must sign the H.E.A.R.T.S. Statement of Faith yearly, and honor its beliefs and H.E.A.R.T.S. policies in full conscience, by word and deed, and in all circumstances, embracing the Statement of Faith's truth by a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ as the only means of salvation, or suffer expulsion from their position.

1.  Please consider our Statement of Faith and policies when posting messages.  Anything not in accordance with them will be returned to you.

2.  Please do not send forwarded email.
